wakeing up!

I was in recovery before I began with soberrecovery,i'm old school and computers do my box in,however I have found it helpful.Since my last relapse I do a lot of things differently and while I still have useing thoughts I can deal with them a lot better than in the past.As we all know it the emotions and feelings allways drag you back,i'm brutally honest how I feel these days, probably too honest for some haha, also I dont look for something,or someone to fill the void.So good luck in your journey everyone has the answer inside.

Thank you ...

Thank you....to 'Wake up!' is the best thing any of us can do, especially when applied to ourselves and the reality of life! This applies to whether you're drunk or sober, better when sober, much less delusional.

It is one of the basic tenets of Zen Buddhism and they didn't have computers, iphones, etc., when they came up with that!

So well done and long may you and others continue to do so!
