SR and me
I first found sober recovery about a year and a half ago. I knew I had a drinking problem but wasn't doing anything about it. I stayed sober for 43 days after a DUI and was on here often. I started drinking again and really only came on here when I was hungover and depressed. Now I'm 13 days sober and feel I have the determination and tools to handle sober life. It's like when I was drinking I thought I was alone in how i struggled with alcoholism, but this site showed me I'm certainly not alone. I am grateful for this place.
