Searching for Rule 62!?!

I was at my normal 0530 AM Sunrise Promises homegroup meeting celebrating a 30 day token. We were passing a card around for everyone to sign, and someone had written "Remember rule 62" on the card. ??? What is rule 62? I'm gonna have to look that one up. ---> A short time and Google search later I got my answer and Joined this Forum.:ghug3
