I have been reading some of the threads here for awhile. I decided to join after feeling less of a person and failing to maintain my recovery. I have a great family and for some reason life just becomes complicated in my head. I enjoy the fact that the majority of post discusses various ways to stay sober. I believe in spiritual values and I do enjoy the teachings within the christian concept of recovery. I'm very glad I'm here.

SR does have a lot to offer. I usualy read in the newcomers section since it is more active. But came across your thread.

I encourage you to post a lot and you will find great support.

I am staying sober using AVRT. It is explained in the secular connections area but I am also spiritual so it can be used by any faith.

Well, you're in a great place here. I personally do the AA program and it's been such a blessing in my life. Congrats on your sobriety! And Welcome to SR!
