Where I am now:
Physically: Some days very tierd other days want to enjoy life some days wanna be in bed
Spiritually; I believe in God , and with out getting involved with my church for some groups and occasionally going to sunday Church it helped and would not of been the place i am now . It def fills my soul up.
Mentally: I am dealing with Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, OCD and Sadness and tearfulness
I am new to this group and looking forward to learning through others experiences

I am a chronic pain patient...was pulled of all opiates and mood altering meds. I have been suffering for over two weeks from pain due to my back. Unable to attend meetings. Haven't been able to get a sponser yet because of the pain. So tired. So tired. Understand tired.
