Numb..
 

I was numb. Comfortably. Or so I thought.

Then the stuff that I had bottled and hidden started to leak out and it was either go crazy or do something.

So I did something. I went to Al-anon. And when I got back from my first meeting I started to surf the web for resources and information and stumbled on here. I read a couple of threads and pondered for a while. Then I posted.

I realised that I'm not going crazy. I'm not on my own. This is not only happening to me.

This made me think of that Pink Floyd song.

But very nice.

sittimg in my bedroom on my laptop believing there had to be something more than...sitting at my laptop, in my bedroom ,drinking!
