I was crying, laughing and throwing things!!!
Hello, I came back to recovery after `10 yrs out and I have not felt any thing close to a miracle yet! I Relapsed on Sept. 11th the Sept. 11th. Drinking, smoking and popping psych medication every day lying to the dr.yeah for 10yrs.
Finally, came to a breaking point,(Ive had much worse this, one was mild).
Basically I ruined my close relationships my boyfriend and lost a lot of self respect. I was losing my mind paranoid and confused (wondering if any one has any suggestions for coming of keef, drinking Tylnol p.m.s and combining it with psych meds? I finally owned up the truth. Out patient rehab- the answer o.k. I can live with that. Halloween was my sobriety date i think!
