It's been a long time...
Man, it's been a long time since I've logged in, like 3 months! I've been really busy with school...where was I when I found SR? Oh, geez louise, I was a mess..it's amazing how much we grow when in recovery...God has truly blessed me with a second chance at motherhood and life...last time I logged in I didn't have custody of my son yet, my toxic ex was threatening my life, and I just don't think I had GOT IT yet, you know what I mean? I wasn't drinking or using but I definitley wasn't where I am now! I have grown so much spiritually from recovery and the rooms of AA and Al-anon in such a short amount of time when I look at in retrospect! Thanks to my Higher Power whom I choose to call God...He has truly blessed me with a beautiful life today!
