Where I was...
 

I was on the internet looking to see if there was some sort of alternative that would be much more convenient for me then rehab itself. Emotionally, I was depressed, ashamed, ect.

I am very creative with excessive experience in writing which led me to breeze through my writing and literature classes in college and also motivated me to write in journals.

My journals are a sort of escape and a way to let out all the frustrations I have with myself. Finding this website and being able to post here will be a huge tool for me as welll.

It's been a good release for me, too...and in the process...I only hope the posts might help someone else.
