I was at work a few weeks back, sober for a couple days, but realizing that since I really wanted to quit this time, I needed help. So I was looking up AA info (meetings times/locations & reading some of the Big Book online), but I felt I needed something until I actually made it to a meeting. I did a search for 'alcoholic forum', and SR was one of the results. Not sure what led me to click on the SR link first, but I am sure glad that I did. Everyone here was so helpful early on with advice and support, that I really believed that I could do it this time.
