Hello,
New to the forum. I am a recovering Meth addict, along with other addictions. Meth was just my drug of choice. I used drugs and alcohol for a total of 24 years. WOW, huh? On Jan. 6 2007 I decided the abuse was over. I put the pipe down and got into recovery. I have been in recovery for 159 days now.

I have a HP in my life now and a network that travels across the world. I have a wonderful sponsor with 4 yrs in recovery and am presently working on my 8th step.
Recovery is a wonderful thing. I finally am learning to love myself and letting others love me as well.
I see through new eyes.
I can finally laugh.
I can go out into the world and realize I am finally a productive citizen.
I am no longer ashamed to look into the mirror.

I am not saying life is all peaches and cream, but it was all worth it.


Just wanted to share a little about myself.
