Noy new to recovery but finding it difficult even after five years. I have hit an all time low but dont have to take a drink today. Recovery for me is knowing and aknowledging you are an alcoholic everyday. any help in telling me how to negotiate this site would also enhance my recovery!!!

Welcome and congrats on the 5 years! 
I am not exactly sure what you mean. Are you having trouble with anything specific?

Yes I get on here and seem to take ages to find stuff!! Durh Im a bit slow in working out where I have left messages or written threads etc.... Typical alkie!!!
