In my Top Ten favorite films, definitely. Minnie, you rock a mighty rocking!
Just when I thought it was simple!! If I said I discovered my socks in the bedroom - one might assume that was because they were in the bedroom. BLAH!! I took being happy and contented as the solution but it isn't that important (the lingo I mean). I do get that it keeps some consistancy and makes the aims clear.
Either way - I'm content my chicken came out lush, the new tatties hadn't sprouted, my parsnips crisped!! I noted my dogs didn't seem so contented with the lickings from the baking tray - I think they tried to lick the metal through!!

It's time to put on me flipoomajams and go to bed soon me thinks!!
Now, 'In' is a preposition and memory fails me as to what 'through' is - a thingy that moves where as a preposition is a single place in reference to a container. I bet that's helped everyone now....
edit - specially those who tried to read it with my first spelling, how did I get dizzy headed on a pinapple and banana smoothie? bugger - edit number two - not a person dummy a container!!

Ok, maybe "through" was the wrong word. Heck, I'm tired too.
I guess the difference as I see it is like this. I had a lightbulb moment sitting in a train station waiting room once. But it wasn't because of the train station that I had that moment.

Oh let me count the reasons
I remember vividly the McGrease on the Champs Elysee.
Mid morning burger and beer on tap.
This was after the breakfast croissant and several glasses of red wine at the corner bistro around the corner from the hotel.
Are we still hijacking eq's thread

Not sure it was that profound, just some pieces of the jigsaw falling into place.

Trains....
they could teach us about opportunities missed or taken, the passing by of chances, going the wrong way, not sitting on the wrong train panicking but instead getting off. They could teach us about perspective as the tiny distant train gets bigger, more important, louder, meaningful as we ask if it's 'our' train.
Then of course the waiting teaches us patience and that not everything is in our control, the old man coughing up half a lung can teach us the nature of aging and what it might mean to lose inhibitions, shame and how he is percieved. Our cup of lukewarm, odd smelling coffee could teach contentment but more likely suspicion of the funny smell.
Chewing gum welded to the concrete floor can show how we effect what's around us despite not being in control, how our actions have consequences. And the tab ends scrunched up, soggy in rain can be a lesson in habit and addiction - just how widespread it is and how foolish it would be to think a person is less.
Yep - I think we could learn lots in a train station.

I once upon a time thought if only I just sit and stare then I will always be happy. Sadly I always sat and stared with a beer in my mit.
I'm a watcher. All the stuff that happens, things and people, I've always seemed to be watching. I've no idea why, it's as though I'm not there or not part, just watching.
Then the flip side is knowing I am there, thinking and always trying to understand what my own life is really, what kind of trip I want it to be, how it relates to all the things I watch. I distinctly remember time watching and pondering on the nature of 'stuff' as my earliest memories.
