Inpatient - NY or NJ

Hi -

We are in NY state, along the NJ border.

Looking for a really good inpatient substance abuse program.I found High Watch and Mountainside in CT - any others that people have heard of that are suppose to be any good?

Thanks!

My husband went to Adcare in Worchester, Mass-They picked him up and brought him home-from New Jersey. That's who our insurance recommended and they were great. My husband went for 28 days and now he has 4 months clean and he is doing great. I really commend them & so does he.
Good luck

I have heard good things about Adcare. I'm not sure if he is a Veteran but, I found the VA program great. The thing to keep in mind is the most important thing in any program is attitude. The price or the reputation means nothing if he dosen't want to stop. My advice is to not shop to long. Back in 1980 I went to Beech Hill in New Hampshire. It was great payed about $15,000. I just hit 2 1/2 years and went to VA for Free. Don W
