Remember

Remember that you make a difference in this world.
Remember that your smile, your kind word, your compliment...may change the course of many events.
Remember that positive energy and kind gestures go a long way to making this world a better place.
I think we sometimes get so wrapped up in what is going on with us, that we forget what it is that we have to offer.
So take a moment in your next 24.
To smile at someone.
To pay a compliment to someone.
To shed a little light somewhere.
Be a part of the collective soul.

Hi Gabe

I don't normally smile at women I don't know. I always think they might call the Police and I could get arrested for being a pervert. lol.

But one advantage of getting older is that I am not taken quite so seriously by the opposite sex, and oddly enough, as part of an exercise I have been following I have been smiling at women pushing their shopping trolleys round supermarkets...not everyone of them, but occasionally.

Thanks for the positive message.

I'm not sure if I am doing this right - but wanted to reply to you as your user name caught my attention. It sounds like you might have gone through a lot and might have some advice to offer. I'm co dependant and am unsure how to detach and let my go of being a detective towards my husband who is an "A". We are both in therapy and I understand the principle but am having trouble not getting caught up in all of the crap he tries to engage me and the kids in? any help?
