Awake before 5:00 AM. Enjoying my coffee but I am out of muffins sadly. Looks like a healthier menu here. I will have to visit the cafe for a breakfast treat.

Been up for about 4 hours cleaning the tile floors on my hands and knees; bought a steamer on Amazon which arrives today so, hopefully, no more hands and knees cleaning in my future.

Purplrks - Mr. LHW and I are heading out to San Diego, CA for one week, then going on a 2-week Cruise that will take us through the Panama Canal ending up in Fort Lauderdale, FL!!!

Enjoying my first cup at the Cafe this morning. We have a warm front currently, with temps hitting the mid 50's in the afternoon before hitting freezing again at night. It feels balmy out. These days are a blessing. One day closer to spring!

Good Morning!

Having my coffee after doing a 5 minute meditation. It is something that Mr, LHW and I are trying to get in the habit of doing each morning. Gradually increasing the time to get up to 20 minutes. That’s about as long as he can keep still!

We are in vacation countdown mode now! T-14

LHW, daily meditation can be life changing. There is much soul energy within us that we can learn to tap into that can help us with daily life.

Been a lot of family drama in the household over the past couple of weeks. I will be glad to start anew next year.

We actually hit 62 degrees yesterday. It was nearly zero a week ago.
