Up at 3:30 for work.

Our uniform is now latex gloves and face masks at all times. Spent four hours yesterday spraying down customers and shopping carts.

Be safe all!

Sat outside listening to the critters wake up. Thankful I have a calm oasis to enjoy. DIL wants to grow veggies so I’m looking at vertical gardening ideas online. Takes my mind off virus news.

National store chains instituting restrictions will be helpful. Governor still stubbornly refusing a statewide order.

Take care and stay well!

Dragon, that is odd. I had one the night before for the first time in quite a while.

Up at 2:20 am for work.

Been having dreams about the current global situation too. Glad I'm not drinking, that would only serve to make things worse in my head.

6:30 AM ish

Woke up earlier and went back to sleep. I haven’t dreamt about drinking but have had dreams of XAH being very nice and pleasant. That has NEVER happened. As unhealthy as drinking to me.

DIL started raking the backyard oasis. It gives us something to look forward to.

Next pick up date open for grocery orders is 5 days out so I have to get out today or tomorrow during old people hour. Not looking forward to that for sure.

My daughter dropped off a late birthday gift yesterday and I wouldn’t go near her or let her touch anything.

Everyone stay safe and well.

So good to be living sober. Along with some irritability, anxiety, nervousness, boredom, these past few days I've had some good drinking urges. One as far as planning. But, they last but a few seconds, and I don't get obsessed. I know how important it is to come here too. Also, even though I take it each day, If I hadn't I take vivitrol right away. I'll do whatever it takes HALT too. Helping others, if not, just being nice lol....thanks for letting me rant....two days of this.

Glad you were able to work through the HALTs Wisc. Running through HALTs was a big help for me in early sobriety.

My company had our first employee die from Corona. It is finally beginning to take its toll on the front line grocery store workers. Three others from other companies have passed also. This is real.

Be safe all!

Kudos Wiscober for working through the urges.
They came at me hard a few months into sobriety when I was in a low spot emotionally.
Good that you are talking/writing about it.
Happy Tuesday all. Coffe, work, ect.

Regained common sense and will be picking up store order. No gallivanting around.

Doing more yard work while the weather cooperates. It feels good to be busy outside and very rewarding. Calms anxiety!

Stay safe and well.

Stay safe Star. It hasn't become that real where I am yet, all the more reason to follow our public health instructions. Prayers for everyone. Stay safe, stay sober.

The pink spring moon was wonderful last night. It is peering in the front window now. I put my crystals out to soak it up and recharge. Yes, I am one of those crystal kooks.

Tackling the flower beds today and more darn raking to do. It helps my cabin fever immensely.

Stay safe and well everyone.

Actually got my Deere out and mowed most of my lawn yesterday. Stocked up on mower gas, as prices have fallen to $1.74 here with the glut.

It was a beautiful moon last night, before a heavy rain came through overnight. Even had a bedroom window cracked open last night.

Have a good day all!
