I woke up earlier a couple of times myself. DIL’s strange behavior and mean actions last night were worrying me. She has taken Gdaughter to daycare now but I will be talking with her when she gets home. She has an interlock on the car so I doubt it’s alcohol induced. I’m a big girl and can take it but Gdaughter deserves better treatment.
I was like that at times when I drank. Angry, resentful and downright mean. I’m not walking around another alcoholic to keep the peace anymore either. I like my sober life!

Grocery pick up and appointment today.

How exciting....I'm downtown but we do have owls hawks and foxes taking care of rabbits

last few days have been filled with anxiety nebulous type just take my meds and sleep
maybe too much coffee not enough food
really nothing going on
right: no more drama
Today I choose sobriety

I agree, let's keep the drama to down to the bare minimums...
Some days it's easier than others but for me it all starts with sobriety.
There is not much without that.

Cooler temps here too. Sometimes the extreme weather can be triggering.

Owls are amazing NONIA. What great creatures.

Worked late last night and went to bed past midnight. Still got up early and did a five mile nature walk.

Funny thing is these owls play around then hide in woods waiting for night .
When the sun came up crows started to bother them .
I read about them they will kill and eat a skunk !

Saw an owl years ago and the crows did gang up and chase it away. It was a beautiful critter.
