Hang in there Star, your work is appreciated. Even if we don't always show it. Interesting, today I got a letter from our company as we are considered an essential business. I'm to keep it with me in the event I get pulled over on my way to or from work. It's to prove why I'm out on the road. Sure hope it doesn't come down to that.

Sat outside again listening to the birds. Rain and thunderstorms predicted today.
Never busted out yesterday. I realized I’m being foolish and willful. Therapist rescheduled for Telehealth on Friday. I’ll make a bird seed run when necessary not just because I can.

Well for you travelers drive safe. Be careful if pulled over....in WI a person was pulling people over as some sort of ruse.

Having crisis related dreams, guess my anxiety is building. Sister had a close call at Hospital, the department she was having her procedure done in later announced they had a technician who tested positive. The tech was working in the same department up until the day before. Sister was there last week, we found out from the news yesterday.

Up at 0400
Broken sleep but got plenty
Want to do some shopping at the market and online
Treat myself to new pants and shoes ... really past birthday presents.
Still disturbing people gathering together arm in arm.
People littering with plastic gloves
Ready to make a huge move with addiction....taking on lust...may buy CoventantEyes or trial.
Had a wonderful conversation with my sister, who lost her husband. She is doing well. Her sons and her were able to spread SO ashes on his favorite beach and at a canoe landing. One of the sons, Army, flew in from South Korea, spent two weeks, and was able to get back to base. She said she appreciated my email and voice messages.
She helped me tremendously after my suicide attempts. Yes life was very bad. But she was always there for me. No matter how crazy I got. Her husband too in a way. I just didn't feel any judging or blaming like what was coming from my parents and brother.
Happy to be alive and sober.

Out yesterday to drop rent in landlords mail box and mail a letter. Very conscious of touching things... eek! Watched a documentary on Howard Hughes last night. Haven’t come to that OCD yet.
Our Governor has resisted a state wide stay at home order and now the city council is considering liquor store home delivery. The police chief thinks it will slow down drunk driving. Am I slowly going mad? I want to live on an island!

We are getting to the point where the virus is more real and getting closer to all of us. Imvalentine, it is ironic that the states that have resisted stay at home orders have a higher percentage of seniors and a general lack of medical infrastructure if things get bad.
Not surprisingly, I had a drinking dream last night. Thankfully, they don't shake me up like they used to.
Dragon, snow? I spent all day Wednesday in my yard mulching and pruning.

myself...gorged on pop tarts....not good....can feel it now....I woke up and just had cravings for sugar. This morning had V8 juice instead.
Have no cravings for drugs or alcohol....feel aversion to such which is great....something I've aimed for? Not sure if I set out to have an aversion to addictive substances but it's happened

Ya, snow and lots of it. I was irritate at my two young adult kids who spent the whole day inside and didn't bother to shovel. They were out the door within 5 minutes just to get away from my ranting...
Sunny out today, snow will be mostly gone in a few days.

Late check in today. New job keeping me super busy working from home. Attempted Trader Joe’s today and the line was around the block, wow.
Had my little dog with me so I may try again tomorrow or Monday. Maybe a week day will be better? Rainy and cold here but ok. No desire or thoughts of alcohol and coming up on 300 days sober. Stay safe all.
