Up and at em for work. Our area was just put into the least restrictive range of restrictions in our state. I saw a lot of people whom I haven't seen in three months since the lock down. They are the ones that jump when someone comes within ten feet of them. Our store legally can let 200 shoppers in at a time, but we are still holding it down to around 50. It will be interesting going forward.

Have a good day all!

Good morning. Bright and Beautiful seems to be the norm. I'll take it. Up early 0415 but a good night's sleep. stargazer: a daily thank you for working. Coffee for sure this morning. Not happy with tremors this morning... will see if med keeps working. Wonderful day as is everyday to live sober.

Slept in late till almost 7:00. Mobbed by critters waiting for their breakfast. There is a one pawed squirrel who comes up to the door. He or she is friendly which might have contributed to the injury. There is also a crow with a foot issue.
My AS has been moved to a detention halfway house 3 hours away. Looks like I’ll be taking a road trip to deliver clothes...tomorrow. I pray he stays sober.
Be safe out there. The news is not optimistic about this continuing spread of Covid.

Happy Saturday to all.

Imvalentine: hope all goes well today. Drive carefully.

Great sleep. 1930 to 0400 and didn't get up once. Curative sleep.

Suppose to be another great day. I don't mind the storms breaking it up a bit.

I think i'm right where I'm suppose to be with everything going on. I'm fine now from having covid. I'm managing my food and meds. Doing my best with recovery/sharing.

Okay everyone have a great day.

Up before the critters ruckus this morning. I slept very well. I was pooped from weeding yesterday in the hot weather.
My daughter is riding along on the drive. It will be nice to have company and hope to talk about things I have learned working with my therapist. If that doesnít work at least weíll have a break from kids!

A pleasant Sunday to everyone.

Home around midnight and restless sleep. Daughter was not talkative so she put her earbuds in and I was okay with it. She has always been like that and thatís the way it is for now.

Nothing planned today except car washing and recovering from six and a half hour drive. Iím old!

A safe sober Monday to all.

Rest up! How'd it go? I'm feeling old lately too.

slept great 8 hours.
now if I can stay up until 2100
AV kicking off early too but RET works well.
So many things I could be if I was using, incarcerated one.
I like my freedom.
So many things I CAN be living sober...not sure what though.
I'm 59 and still have time. Starting with today.
Everyone have a terrific day.
Acceptance is key.
Helping others

3:30ish AM

Cool wind coming through the window woke me up. Refreshing after the hot days.
Errands...today.
AS seems a little cocky on the phone. The rush of semi freedom is great but concerning.
The crows brought their new family member by to get acquainted yesterday. Theyíre showing him or her the ropes and are squawking now for breakfast.
Still practicing patience on unemployment claim. Looks like Iíll be calling again today as another week rolls by with no payment.

A good Tuesday to all.

Got up at 5:30 and did a five mile nature walk before it gets too warm. Always searching for my moment of inner zen. It's a day by day decision we all make.

Best wishes for a good day all!

I love getting things done early before the hubbub starts.
My hummingbirds are returning slowly which makes me happy.
Traveling to the north bay today to see my retired horse, an old friend and get a haircut.
At last a haircut..
Have a great day all.
