Everything here is technically still locked down but there were dozens of people at the beached yesterday. Surfers, walkers ect.
So much traffic. No one is masks (I guess it's pretty hard to surf in a mask..)
I am staying away myself.
Many big tech companies are keeping workers remote until whenever..
That part is fine with me, I love working from home.
Congrats on 8 months Wiscober!

There were so many people out yesterday, especially at the beach here. No masks, and we are technically still in lockdown so not sure what is going on.
i am staying away from the crowds for sure.
Congrats on eight months Wiscober!
Happy Monday all

Chauffeur duty today. DIL had no luck at the DMV. 10 people allowed at a time and people piled up at the door waiting to get in. So much for social distancing. I’ll drop her off early tomorrow morning before they open.

AA meetings open with suggestions to stay masked...leaving it up to common sense. Common sense tells me to stay away for now.

i enjoyed my brief alone time yesterday and look forward to more in the future.

Be safe and stay well.

Anyone else having problems posting? I ended up posting twice yesterday as the first one did not go through for quite a while!
I agree Imvalentine, the less exposure the better.
Have to take my car in for service tomorrow which means an Uber ride back and forth but need to have the breaks checked.
There will be a mask and gloves for me.
Have a great day all.

We are still technically in lock down here, but traffic on the roads builds more each day. The malls and shopping centers are closed except for curb side pick up. Our lock down is supposed to end June 4. If our governor attempts to extend it further, I see wide spread disobedience being inevitable. The beaches in New Jersey and Maryland opened over the weekend, and they were packed with throngs of unmasked people. I feel this summer will not necessarily see the rapid decline in Covid cases that was once expected.

Be safe all.

I’m on the desktop version and it now has a thanks option. Doesn’t want to capitalize new paragraphs. I do not like the auto save.

5:00 AM

57 degrees for my morning outside time. The crows mobbed me for breakfast.

Daycare closed noon yesterday and closed today for deep cleaning. Slight fevers and coughs going around. Gdaughter is fine but it’s uncharted territory forever I’m afraid. I feel bad for parents that still have jobs and now can’t rely on daycare. I hope employers are understanding. Back in the old days mine weren’t.

A good Wednesday to all.

If possible, especially with fever, good time to get tested.

I woke up sweaty and hungry. Ate two little breakfasts.

Bedbug inspection finally.

alive and sober.

Had a chance to sleep in and am wide awake. Cannot impose self will on sleep darn it.

Nothing new going on here. DIL driving and daycare open so I want to clean...and relax tomorrow. I have several new books in my pile.

Sorry for the loss of your Wife’s father Stargazer.

A safe and good Thursday to all.

Thanks everyone.

Should be a beautiful day here today. Lots of yardwork to do. Just lacking inspiration to get much done.

Be safe all!

No bedbugs yay ... I step on the poor dog's foot though ... ouch. Use of dog to alert to blood.

Yesterday was good but no energy.

Feeling best right now ... sobriety on my mind.

Ordered my DL online, organ donor, donated 2$ to the cause. Should get it in the mail.

Enjoying warm spring days.

In a sleep stupor here.

Daycare driver today as DIL has all day zoom drunk driving class.
I thought Memorial Day was next weekend-duh! I’m in a Covid19 time warp.

Trip to the pharmacy today and then laying low. We usually have cold gloomy weather but it’s beautiful out. I’m afraid a lot of people will emerge and congregate.

i didn’t know you have a dog wiscsober. They are wonderful companions.

Happy Friday holiday weekend.

I don't have a dog ... it was Chester The K9 bedbug inspector. The mgt. had a sweeping inspection of all the apartments. The dog alerts to blood and BB odors.

I took a zoom course with humane society to foster weaned cats and adult cats. Which I will do after June 1st. One at a time. It's time to get another animal.

Everyone enjoy in the states enjoy the holiday weekend safe and sober.

Unofficial start of a sober summer.

Having my outside alone time with the critters. There are already baby birds nesting in the top corner of the patio cover. Seems early this year.

wiscsober I had realized what the dog was for after I posted. I had quite a few duh moments yesterday. I love cats and dogs.

Pharmacy finally had my prescriptions ready yesterday and the traffic volume was high. I’m in for the weekend except for a grocery pick up. Temp agency sent a job notification. I haven’t looked at it yet. I’m letting it lay over the weekend. Money vs high risk health to ponder.

A great Saturday to all.
