Up early....dreary dank day. Large moon. Overcast. Did some higher power talk. Not prayers but rational thought about spiritual recovery. 0508. A lot of tenants in my building are sick. Silliness thinking I hope whoever got me sick is sicker. But I did think that. I could have spread the news. Now I hope they are well. No resolutions made or broken. Sobriety first. Focus on body. 0530 nice morning gave a smoke to a strange woman. Small chat with another neighbor. I can handle weather talk this early. I'm a very wrong person to complain to this early. Most people know. My health edging back to 99.9% well. News is predicting 1" to 6" of snow. Wide safe range to predict. And from, Milwaukee, student driver instructor arrested for drunk driving with students in car....ay ay aye. sad. not surprising. just sad. Ok folks....TGIF ODAAT |

4:30ish AM Minimal running around today and that is nice. We had a high of 12 yesterday which is normal here. The weather patterns are definitely weird though. Putting yellow split pea soup in the crockpot and staying warm. A good Saturday to all. |

Listening to music I normally wouldn't, Yvonne Elliman Credence Clearwater Revival The Hues Corporation John Mayer Paula Cole I pretty much listen to music all day on Spotify. Quite interesting to hear recovery based songs.....and active addiction. Clear crisp morning...the moon has been huge for days Sober football watching...Go Pack Go Hope to Skype with my grandkids... Everyone have a great recovery full day. |
