I don't journal, tho I'm told it has many benefits.

Work day ahead and no daycare run this morning. It’s going to be a good day.
I used to journal daily and it is very helpful. I have sadly gotten out of the habit. Very cathartic and nice to let it out.

Happy Wednesday!

Take it from an inside source, TJ's will not be doing home delivery. Heck, you can't even order products from them online except through resellers.

I don't know about home delivery services. I know that I want to pick out my own produce and meat and make sure that I get the best dates. I guess if most of my order was going to be frozen food and canned goods, it could be a beneficial service. I am a label reader. I enjoy looking for new products and food options.

Enjoy the day all!

Good Morning!

I did a lot of journaling years ago. I find it best to be focused and goal orientated. A lot of my entries were dark and morbid. Staying stuck in the sickness, counterproductive to rational emotive therapy.

I think if I could keep it light I would journal again.

Some of the stuff I wrote decades ago is very sad. Especially seeing I'm pretty much dealing with the same crap as I do today.

I知 having a manicure this morning. I always did my own but a self care indulgent treat is what I need. I知 allowing no guilt or justification except just now writing it down.

I hope we all have a self care time out today.

Slept well, I may have very well dreamt up a solution to a problem I'm dealing with at work. Minimally, I have something new to try. This will not have been the first time I've done that.

19 weeks clean and sober + today.
I think I've done my best.
Have taken all prescribed meds for physical and mental.
I think I logged in to SR every day 134 days.
Need to get to meetings, quit smoking, restart counseling, continue with good nutrition, foster positive relationships with children and grandkids.

Other than that, up early, 0300. Have a wonderful sane and sober day.

Morning all,

Up at 4:45am.

The end of my first full month of retirement. Going to various meetings, got invited to Zumba every Wednesday followed by lunch with small group of retired school teachers, my Thursday gig at the Food Bank may be up but going to show up next Thursday to see if they have another "job" for me, and doing little projects around the house. Got out of the funk I was in.

Great weekend wished for all.

I am glad that you are finding a rhythm in your new retired life Ringo. I am sure that you will end up as busy as ever once you get your footing. It is a huge adjustment for most people.

Have a good day all!

Up at 7am.

Crazy weather, forecast is for +1c today and 0c tomorrow. I would not be surprised if we've just had the warmest January on record.

A high around 55 along with a high wind warning of course, Wyoming wind sucks the spirit out of me. Drove through a snow squall Thursday night downtown that scared the crap out of me. I知 grateful I don稚 have to be out today.
I値l stop complaining now.

Happy Saturday to all.
