Woke up for a couple of hours with an upset stomach. Weird for me.
Meeting and coffee with a friend today. Hope it goes well as she is from the meeting I used to chair. She has apologized and then pretty much told me off. A bit of resentment there with both of us.

My phone is kept downstairs as well as Mr. Ringo's personal & work phone when we retire for the night. I tell perspective sponsees and new friends that my phone isn't glued to my hip--but I am good about returning calls/texts.

Went to lay down at 5pm but, fell asleep until now.
Bad day yesterday for my bf and I think the empath in me is feeling much of it. Not much to do or say he is sick with a cough and cold and he thinks he has a "black cloud" over his head. Praying for a better day today.

A bad and hurtful dream right before I woke up. Shaking it off-yuck. Coffee went well enough yesterday but it was awkward. Relationships change and life goes on.
Seeing therapist before noon yoga. She has job security with me!

Morning!
Got an new washer and dryer last night. Not good to have a broken washer in the heat of summer! So today I will be catching up on laundry. Thunderstorms are in the forecast..starting a Halloween quilting project (not ready to buy Christmas fabric quite yet). Being a crafter means thinking seasons ahead...just not that far or I don't enjoy the season that I've got today!

Dreams were much better. Can’t remember them and that’s fine with me.
Oncologist this afternoon to go over blood work...I get the willies even driving by the building. Grateful it’s there and I received excellent care so I’ll suck it up.
