Groggy this morning-not enough sleep last night. Phone rang after 10:00 and I was wide awake after that disturbance.

Very disturbed sleep for me as well, hopped out of bed at 3am and changed to the couch...I was so hot and restless, and I couldn't handle my earplugs.....not to worry, first-world problems.

I usually don’t remember my dreams unless they’re bad ones. I did dream about hundreds of miller moths in the window sills last night. I have no idea where that came from.

Slept well, phone went off at 2am as the weather service annunced the storm (what storm?) was over. Thank you very much.

I keep my phone on silent overnight. People message at any hour....my sister can never remember what time it is for me.

My phone is a work phone, I hardly ever use it and usually chuck it in a corner and forget about it as soon as I get home. There was a time when I needed it on 24/7 for emergencies at work. but I don't anyore and always forget about shutting it off. Sometime's I do, but mostly I don't.

I laugh sometimes as my wife and two adult children are glued to thier phones and must carry them at all times.

Good morning early risers.
Day 17 for me.
Sleeping fine but wow the dreams!
It’s like my brain is on rapid process mode or something.
Made it through an AV milestone yesterday.
Went to Trader Joe’s for the first time since my decision to stop drinking.
I was worried I would fall into an old pattern of ‘’just picking up some wine” but I had no interest.
On to a good Sunday, yoga, horses and chores.

And yes, I think the dreams are part of the whole working it out process when we get sober....I know they were for me. s

Slept well just not long enough. Swirling mind syndrome!
I need to turn my phone off at night. When you least expect it someone texts or calls about nothing important then I’m aggravated and wide awake.

Thanks so much.
Had one fleeting thought about wine when I got out of the car but it was gone and did not struggle with it.
I know other challenges may not be as easy but one day at a time.

Yeah.....that's why I put mine on silent, but even then it lights up if someone texts, and I am the same as you Imvalentine, it messes me up and I can't get back to sleep. s
