Got an new washer and dryer last night. Not good to have a broken washer in the heat of summer! So today I will be catching up on laundry. Thunderstorms are in the forecast..starting a Halloween quilting project (not ready to buy Christmas fabric quite yet). Being a crafter means thinking seasons ahead...just not that far or I don't enjoy the season that I've got today!

Dreams were much better. Can’t remember them and that’s fine with me.
Oncologist this afternoon to go over blood work...I get the willies even driving by the building. Grateful it’s there and I received excellent care so I’ll suck it up.

I spent allot of last weekend pulling a creeping charlie infestation out of my lawn. Last night I noticed a new patch starting up. Stuff grows fast!

Up at 7:30am

Already out the back in my jammies & watered the flowers, glorious day, gonna be a hot one. Cuppa tea then the flowers in the front (after I change). I have one neighbour, simiar age and shape as me, does is gardnening in his black Joe Boxers. Don't think I'd dare.

Did not sleep well. Started ruminating about Mrs Dragons issue with her family, There was a christening on Sunday and we were not invited. I was able to shut it down after a bit, but still couldn't get a deep sleep.

I expect I will sleep better tonight.

Glad and a little sad that the holiday is gone...but, I must remember that Summer is not over! It really has just begun because the weather has started to feel more like SUMMERTIME!:shine8pl::sprinkler

Back to work today after my week off. It was nice spending a week not at work and not at home. Summer always seems to start rolling fast at this point.

Watering the yard and watching the critters will take up my morning. I’m very lucky to have found this place despite the “eccentric” landlord.
It was fed and weeded yesterday and hot weather is forecast all week so I need to keep on top of it.
Dragon-I’m a pro at bedtime ruminating. It is exhausting. Sleep well tonight.

Slept well, yay! If i had any dreams, I don't remember. The weather foreast looks good; rain for the week, then hot and sunny on the weekend.

Dark and stormy out, 18c and raining. Took fluffy puppy out with an umbrella. He won't go out by himself when it' raining unless its absoute desparation.

Bad dream but it’s fading fast.
Gdaughter and her mom arriving Saturday. Savannah situation turned sour. Praying for a positive outcome back here.
A lot to do before Saturday but I’m getting together with an AA friend this afternoon.
