Good morning everyone- hope I can join in-

I was up around 4:15 today- woke up because the house was cold so I went and made sure my 2 boys (4 and 7) were tucked in well, then I got back in bed. Checked the clock and it was 4:30. Time to get up!
Having some green tea and ready for this brand new day

It's my day off but was up at 3:00 after an early turn-in last night. I've accomplished something for the day already, so that feels pretty good for starting my weekend. I find reading SR in the mornings easier on my mind than when I am tired, too, so it's been a bit of posting in a few threads to keep my communication going here. Onward ...

Went to bed late. I’ve been sleeping in and I don’t like it. Once in awhile or when sick is fine but I feel better with consistency. Late to me is 10:00 though. Old age!
Skipping yoga class and YouTubing it at home. I can’t hear the teacher over the huge heater running. We’ll see how it goes.

The kitty looks just like my Kitzy!
Yes, I had an "ASPCA commericial moment" seeing a helpless animal pawing at my sliding door because of the freezing cold and snow. Stayed up watching him sleeping in a warm bed beside me.

Please forgive me for being AWOL for 35 days! Still sober and still getting up early although I did sleep in a couple times during the US govt furlough.

Up to 0400 this morning and loving this day.

I've missed all of you and welcome to our new Early Risers. And Happy Birthday Chloe. I take it that it's your belly button birthday and not AA?
