I got up at 0400 but I woke up at 0200. Very unusual for me to hear my husband's alarm clock, wake up and not go back to sleep.

Someone say coffee?

6:00 AM
Stayed in bed until the phone rang a few minutes ago.
We are under a blizzard warning till 6 tonight. 10 inches but the drifts are 4 feet high. Can’t get out the back door. Gson is snowed in at a friends house by work. He works at a pizza chain and they stayed open. Total lunacy when the police are threatening tickets to people driving and getting stuck.
I’m looking forward to spring!

Wow Imvalentne, hope you get dug out quickly. The most memorable really big snow bizzard here was 1997. We've had a few since, but that one shut down the city and I couldn't get to work for two days. Then my son decided it was time to be born unexpectedly and a whole month early. If he had come one day sooner, we would've really been in a pickle.

Sorry about all that snow Imvalentine. It's warm and rainy in the 60's here recently. I had to dig my shorts out yesterday. Back to cold in a few days. I hope that it will melt quickly.

That's a great story Dragon. I was born in mid January in a snow and ice storm and my folks took a taxi to the hospital. They weren't sure they were going to make it. Funny how we take things like that for granted now.

05:10 -- Awakened to feeling refreshed this morning. That's a good sign, I hope. That bed was awfully comfy, though. I have two major tasks to accomplish today, but only one may get done, because one depends upon the other and the second needs an appointment slot free.

I woke up a few times and went back to sleep. That’s unusual for me.

We are all dug out and open for business. The sun is shining.
I didn’t have to go anywhere but couldn’t stand being confined.

Up at 2:20 once again. A large line of thunderstorms came through until almost eleven last night, which kept me awake. It will be a challenging day today.

Just make the best of the remainder of the day ahead of you, Dragon, it's all you have. I have been waiting for the first early-riser post to show up before writing anything today, but I have been up quite a while. Then again, I went to bed quite early, so I lost some time on that end. How we spend our time is as important as how much, but I do understand your perspective.

Woke up to the phone ringing. I was dreaming away. I went to sleep late so it was nice. I’ve been off schedule due to crappy stress lately. Self induced stress.
Going to the noon meeting today will help-or not!
