2 nights in a row of good sleep. I hope it’s a new pattern.
My goal this weekend is to get all the Xmas decorations down. Every year I intend to organize them and i end up just wanting them down and out of sight.

STDragon-I like the idea of a Ukrainian Xmas but the decorations are getting depressing. More like I’m irritated with myself!

Slept well enough. Wide awake now and thinking about my AS.
Out of jail for 1 week and I’m afraid he’s off and running with booze.
Maybe not but this sucks. Alcoholism sucks.
We are all lucky to be here today.

Wanted to stay in bed and sleep after the alarm went off.
Busy day ahead with massage and chiropractor before noon meeting.
Being busy is a good thing at times.
