I think in the past month, the latest I've woke up is just after 12pm, the earliest was around 4am.

I continue to awaken at very early hours, more than necessary to get to work on time, but I'm happy to be among the early risers. To those who have already begun their days, take it forward with good care and productive time.

Good morning. Productivity, that's one thing I've had more of in sobriety. I've also been able to enjoy down time much better too.

I started playing Uke at about 6 months sober, so just over a year an half ago. I replaced one addiction with another. lol.

I've been up since 1:45 a.m., which is earlier than usual for me, and sometimes I go back to sleep for a while before rising early for work, and sometimes not. Still, I enjoy this extra quiet time. My cats may have a better idea of sleeping right now, but then they do that more often than I do anyway. It's Thursday, and I've got some interesting things to do at work today and some less so, but I am looking forward to the remainder of the day.

I've not been to bed yet, actually considering not bothering. I'm away for a few days tomorrow and I spent most of the night before I go anywhere checking the time in case I've slept in!

If I sleep, great, but if I don't, I'll not be surprised!

I slept. Very well actually. It was after 1am but I dozed off, woke up at 9.

About 10 years ago, I used to love staying up all night, especially over the summer. I'd go for a walk around 6am and visit the shop when it was opening. This also meant I'd sleep until mid afternoon, but it worked for me.

I love getting up early in the Springtime...hearing the birds singing as the sun rises. The smell of the fresh morning air....
I get up early in the winter because I can't sleep very well!
