Not been to bed. Overnighted it on a coach to London. No rhyme or reason, just bought a ticket and went.

Dog fed, coffee made, posting then shower and off to work. It's 25c outside right now with a forecast for 23....

Was up at 3am to see my boyfriend off to O'Hare Airport (Chicago).
He is going to SanFrancisco for a few days for work.
The AV was waiting for me this morning....crap!

Listened to alarm for a few minutes. I rebel against alarms. I’m used to waking up naturally.
Early impromptu wedding at the courthouse to witness for my visiting friend. It’s one of those long stories. Reminds me of when I drank and could always “explain” anything.
Women’s meeting at noon and work.

Chloe, I AV would sometimes get excited when I had the house to myself for a spell-no one to monitor my drinking. Think it through and you will be fine.

Up at 5:45 to take my son to work then back to sleep for a couple hours since I am working until midnight the next few days.

Yes, that is what it is. The empty house with the overwhelming feeling of freedom and desire to just cut loose is in the air.
I am playing the tape forward. I just don't want to pick up that first drink! Working thru H.A.L.T. right now. Planning on taking a bike ride instead of going out in the car. Too much temptation to "just buy one bottle"!

About 7am today, I was in a hotel though, got up, had breakfast, couple of hours comedy on television and then went sight seeing.

Same time today, 7am. I haven't got the Hotel excuse though today, but I did cover a few miles yesterday.
