Up a 5:05am
Another solid sleep from head down to alarm clock. No tossing or turning, I love it. I did dream, but their memories did not stay with me this morning.
Interesting perspective CK. I've always looked a Tuesdays as having conquered Monday and now the real week begins. That's of course a throw back from drinking days when Mondays energy when into recovering from "F'-it have another" Sundays.

Tuesdays are currently my "Monday" so I doubly feel your pain CK!
Got to sleep in this morning and got over nine hours of sleep. I switch rapidly to mornings starting tomorrow.

Sleep has been fitful lately. Keep waking up. Second day this week with a headache. Hasn't kept me from having wonderful days. I love the life sobriety and HP have given me, but darn, I would love to sleep the night through.
Who knows what time I woke up, didn't look at the clock, got up at 0422.

Fitful sleep and headaches sound oh so familiar to my drinking days. I'm sorry Ringo.
Up at 2:20 am for work. I always find it difficult to go to bed when the sun is still up so I struggle with sleep/work balances in the summer also.

TGIF for me!
Up at 2:20 am once again. Was working in my yard until almost nine last night, so not a lot of sleep for me once again. I am hoping for a little sleep tonight.
We are looking at possibly our first weekend of no rain since April. It's rained substantially the previous seven weekends, putting me way behind in outdoor activities. At least I have not spent a lot of time watering my plants this year!

Forecast is calling for hot hot hot all week. Betcha it'll rain all weekend. Hapy Monday. Off to work this a.m. Meh. I don't want to wish for retirement too soon, but I wish I was retired already.
