Hi, I'm really new at this and am looking for someone to talk recovery with. I have a sponsee that is in over their head. Any suggestions on helping me help them?

I'm happy to talk about recovery with you, but as fas as suggestions go, you didn't give enough information to even hint at a problem.

However, I can recomend that you find a 12 step meeting and attend it regularly. Maybe then you can figure out what your problem is, and then you can pass that along to someone else.
