Up at 015 and now 0626 at work. Rarely happens but I was in a deep sleep when the alarm went off. Very grateful for good night's sleep

No Ringo the thread is not loosing its appeal. I have become lazy and complacent. Not a good combo for an alcoholic. This thread gives me an anchor and accountability.

Once again, forgot the alarm. Went to bed early last night. I plan to leave work and hour early today and hit the gym.

I have plenty to do at home. The trick is getting up and actually doing it!

Yeah it's Friday!

Woke up 0409 before alarm which is set for 0415. Got up and had a couple extra minutes on the rebounder. Now at work.

unbelivable, the whole family was up before 7:30am getting ready for the book sale. Sucha rarity to see my kids this early on a weekend.
