Up at 515am and it's the weekend!!! Yeah!!

Had a wonderful sober Friday evening. Took my hubby out for fish and chips on his 62nd birthday. I have weekends off and today my auntie (who just arrived for the summer from Massachusetts) and I are going to the local farmer's market and then lunch with some more American cousins. Gonna be a great alcohol-free, expansive day! Blessings.

I was up at 5 this morning. I will have my quiet time, do my morning SR surf, exercise, shower, then review for a big exam I will take in the afternoon.

At least that's the plan!

Fence building did not proceed yesterday due to rain but I did get plenty one inside the house, including a new LED light fixture in the garage entranceway closet.

Slept unbelievably solid last night. Fell asleep easily shortly after ten and was surprised by my alarm clock this morning.

Dragon, wish I could say the same. Awoke middle of the night and then the thinking started in. I ruminated on mistakes of the past. I am such a work in progress.

Watering the yard. It's my new obsession or distraction. It could be worse.

Grandson and I are meeting a friend for a walk in the park at 8:00.

Morning all,

Alarm rang for 22 minutes before I heard it. Up at 0450, now 0621 at work.

My poor sleep Monday night resulted in a challenging day at work on Tuesday. I actually left 1 hr 15 min early to get an early dinner and a nap.

Well rested today. Hope everyone has a good day.

Yes, I love Fridays! Even when I don't get a good night's sleep--again. Awoke way before the alarm and couldn't get back to sleep.
