I want my sobriety to be part of me!
I once heard 'Clancy' describe alcoholism as a Disease of Perception, ranking it along, at least in my view a Disease of Ignorance, affecting both drinkers and those surrounding them alike...
Perceptions, which exist in your state of mind are slow to change, the success in their changing may be marked when something that once felt right, doesn't feel that way anymore...
Simply put, on a more personal level I don't want me to be part of my recovery, I want my sobriety to be part of me and my environment, and you can't buy or fake that!
