Been having some good for me serenity days
but
for me yesterday was a terrible one -- giving it a 20%.
Made it to church Sunday but, wasn't feeling it.
A lot of work going on here at the house today -- 3 new doors being installed.
Hoping to keep the serenity level high -- but -- contractors can be a challenge at times.

I think I made high 90's yesterday, was really nice hanging out with the family, climbing rocks w/ the daughter, helped make a big lobster dinner. thx...

Being a little hard on myself ?
I let go of my serenity one time yesterday. I thought in my own little mind that I was working here around the house pretty hard all week due to having some new exterior doors installed and the wife brought home a new patio set which came in many, many pieces. At first I thought to myself -- I'm just to darn busy to be putting that thing together. Seeing the sadness on my wives face quickly erased that thought from my mind.
So for yesterday which was going very smoothly I get a rating of
Serenity level for yesterday was ? 75%
Being a little hard on myself ?
That's ok and I think what this thread is about -- honesty.

It helps me to keep track like this.
Did 6 hours of honey doos yesterday
and still came in with a 95 %.
Definitely one of my best serenity days in a while.

Me? Today 55%.
Restraint of pen/tongue went fairly well after I was caught off balance at work.
As long as I don't self-sabotage I can reach a solid 50% on a difficult day.

It's 6:45 AM and I'm running a 95% for the day -- so far.
Will look back tomorrow and see if I can stay there?
