Enjoying coffee with half and half and real sugar instead of fake cream and stevia.
Yoga at 10:00 and noon women's meeting.

Any plans for the future?
Hi Bob, well it's been another quiet week here in Lake Wobegon, no change there...us guys who used to frequent the Sidetrack Tap Room now sit eating tuna melt and swigging down mugs of coffee in the Chatterbox Cafe. Of course Clarence 'Old Hard Hands' Bunsen's still in their with his buddies, downing 'Wendy' beer like as if prohibition starting next week?
Anyway what me and the guys want to know is, with Garrison Keillor's last airing of 'Prairie Home Companion' due for its last airing in a few months time have you had any offers to extend this forum into the commercial sector so you and others can share your experience, strength and hope to a wider audience? Maybe bring in a few guest speakers with amusing monologues, novelty acts, no children, birds or animals please...may be a long running family soap, with Dad and his back problems, Mom always in hospital with some mysterious illness and a different problem with the kids each week based on the current social angst pervading social media...
I think it'd certainly make things go with a zing!Especially here in Lake Wobegon where all the women are strong, the men are good looking and the kids are of above average intelligence...

Slept very well.
The weather is improving which helps my fibromyalgia.
Up and out to pay the rent and storage unit bill.
I'm looking forward to this being a better month.

Feels to be sober at home.

Outside on balcony.
Enjoyed the sunrise with coffee and the birds.
Trying out new hand held steam cleaner I ordered. Not exciting but productive I hope!

Yoga at 10:00
Was looking forward to walk in the park with yoga teacher after class but the weather does not look good. Looks like walk in the mall instead.
We always need the moisture but flash flood watch not so nice.
