This Past Weekend

Hello everyone. Just felt like posting - I have celebrated my first WEEKEND sober, no drinking at all! It's been the first one in a year since I restarted drinking. The only pain I feel right now is from soreness from a 28 mile mountain bike trip on Saturday! I hope everyone here is doing well!

Good for you!
I've looked at my bike all summer...
I might actually ride it before the snow comes.

Good for you MTB.

I've tripped over a bike a couple time this summer. Does that count?

Not quite Doug, but the bike might be trying to beckon you to ride!

Hi, MTB,
I LOVE bikeriding!!! What a way to get in shape huh??? I can walk, run, do yoga, etc... but nothing whips me into shape better than bikeriding!

Congrats on your first weekend sober!!! One weekend will turn into another, and another, and another......... If you let them!!!

Congrats, MTB!

I've been getting back into my exercise schedule, which really does help. For me, its weights and cardio on a stationary bike.

20 days sobriety today for me. Let's keep this positive spirit flowing!

Congratulations MTB.... :35:
And doing something physical is a great way to help yourself feel better.

Congratulations MTB! I made it through as well.

Bike riding what a great distraction! I cleaned my house - a lot. Hey, but whatever it takes, right?
