Relax, it's all in your mind
All in my mind? Not so much, hahaha.
Seriously, we all don't fit into nice little generalized spaces, and I'm grateful for it. I'm always open-minded to what the other guy may suggest. Still though, being open doesn't mean in agreement with naturally.
I'm all stocked up on self-centeredness.

my only theory on that is a think spirituality runs a lot deeper and is larger than addiction...to ask God to help you with you specifically with your drinking is kind of liking asking the president to help you find a job..i do think it's all in our head..the drinking part anyway
I don't need to choose not-drinking one-arduous-day-at-a-time like I did the first dozen or so times I tried to keep myself sober. That required pushing a bolder uphill endlessly, like the Myth of Sisyphus. Technically, I don't need to "choose" anything at all because there is no two choices to start with. Sobriety is simply part of the "Spirituality Equipment Package".

I now use my spirituality for everything I now do, constantly I believe. No question though, I found it simply for the purpose of saving my life from an alcoholic death. I didn't realize at the time it would create a whole new reality for me, a whole new me, like it has. That spirituality continues to grow and evolve daily.
