This is NOT a troll post. If you have 3 or more years sober you do not need to go to meetings, I haven't gone to one in years and I have 5 1/2 years sober.

I've never been to a meeting - you'll find lots of recovery methods here Mac - not just AA.

Oh thank you! I was taught A.A. method and the "higher power approach." I am a secular non-A.A. person. I should have done more research on the forums before posting. I saw the secular section. I am sure you are used to the "same old A.A. approach."
