recovery plan-interesting discoveries
Hello all,
I know it's pretty late at night for n.america. I follow all the forums and I have replied to posts but I haven't posted a lot myself.
1. taking prescribed medication daily
2. making time to relax
3. keeping my committments
4. reading the posts
5. going to meetings
6.being in a good mood more consistently
7. handling stressful situations better
8. staying sober
Happy to be grateful for many things. I am still dealing with all the consequences to my drinking but I have more good than bad.

What if you need to get an 18 yr old daughter into a different rehab? She checked herself in one and we can't afford that one... now what- THEY paid her PLANE ticket and transportation TO the rehab but wont send her home! (THe watershed in F;a!!) 1k/day? 1100 miles from home and she went in less than 24 hrs of finding it! secretively going!!!
