Someone on another thread suggested either AA or SMART. I'd like to know more about SMART if anyone has information and/or a link reference.

SMART Recovery® | Self Help for Addiction & Alcohol Abuse should get you there. Check the list to see if there are any meetings in your state. If you're a fast typist there are daily online meetings.

Dylan they also have a lot of their material free on line on that website given but many don't find it. I used their online pdfs for a lot of learning and reinforcement. I didn't do SMART formally, but I did read most of what is on this page as part of my recovery:

There are voice chat meetings too. You don't have to be a fast typist for those.
