Day Two . . . How do I stay on the right track?
Today is Day 2 of my sobriety. I've tried this before but have never had any kind of support. I usually drink a bottle of wine at night and then "splurge" on the weekends. I'm tired of the hangovers and tired of seeing the disappointment in my children's eyes when they see that I've had too much to drink. I hope I can keep this up.

easy, dont drink
Hi Nissan! Glad you're here. For me I had to finally give in to going to AA meetings. I didn't want to do it at first but now, 2 years later, I LOVE it. It's what got my sober, AA and the steps. That's been my support.
Don't drink. Just one day at a time.

Hi Nissan - great to have you around. I drank in a very similar way! Now i have just over 7 weeks. Take it one day at a time.
like PaperDolls I am going to AA and find it very helpful.
enjoy your sober life - it's going to be great

Thank you all for your responses . . . I'm on Day 4 and still nothing to drink. This website has really helped me stay focused. I tried AA several months ago and just didn't feel comfortable. I know eventually I will need to go back . . .
