I cannot describe what my higher power is. One of the reasons I look forward to treatment is find what a higher power is. I have never been spiritual but I am discovering that one can be spiritual with out a god. It is amazing to see this wonderous universe that we live in and joy that is to believe.

I relied on chemicals to make me happy. I feel that I have been arroogant and powerless over my pride. I hate what I done to myself and now feel that I have surrender to a "higher concept" of life in which I do know.
