8 days...SO tired
 

Hi everyone, today is my 8th day off of meth. I thought that I had "gone thru the worst of it" last week.. and I probably did, BUT this week I just feel exhausted!! Taking care of my two kids is about all I can handle. I have called in sick the last couple of days... don't feel like getting dressed, seeing people ect. I feel really guilty about being so lame.. I want this to be over, I want to have energy.. that's the whole reason I started using was to HAVE energy. Yes I see where that has gotten me. I have been trying to do all that I can to get thru this, exersized almost everyday last week, went and got a message (wish I could do this on a weekly basis without feeling guilty). Just SO damn tired.. guess I said that already, but being tired is a MAJOR trigger for me and I just can't go there anymore.

I'm sorry I missed this post!! If I had seen it, I so would have responded! I feel your pain baby!!

It takes time, but you can do it. I have 13 weeks off meth tomorow.
It's SOOO HARD!!! at first. But then it slowly gets easier.

You will start getting your energy back, etc. Everything will get easier.
Keep posting and please let us know how you are!!

You will heal and your energy will come back. This is just the body healing itself so take it easy on yourself. You will be feeling better before you know it.
