feeling great, although exhausted i got 6 hours of sleep getting readyo for a 7 hour shift, followed by fishing tournament and to end it all with my cousins wedding happening all tomorrow excited glad i fought through the detox

It’s good that you’re pushing yourself to keep doing things like work, social events, etc. I think that can help
the time pass versus sitting at home just trying to get comfortable.
For some people trying to do that stuff seems almost impossible. Anyone else relate to not wanting to do anything when detoxing or coming off drugs?

I’m surprised at Day 14 to still feel exhausted. Heavy use of hydro for 20 years on and off. More on.
But this time I’m done. Told the wife and family finally. That means I hit bottom. 14 days ago. It was rough but the turning point.
I’m done but obviously the recovery is going to take it’s time. No urge to use. Just not able to fall asleep.
