Kic king myself that I am only on day three and not 2 months
I am so pissed at myself for relapsing when I was in such a good place with a month under my belt. It felt great to be sober and enjoying life and I was doing things well. Surfing, working, responsibilities, then when I slipped I turned a slip up into a full blow relapse. I know I should be kinder to myself but I just want to get back to that good place and head space and leave these damn withdrawal's behind me.

sorry you stumbled. Maybe you need to make better use of SR? Posting after you use is helpful I guess, but maybe it would be even more helpful to be a regular presence here - even in the good times - and then reach out for help and post before you use?
