Having a horrible day.
20 days sober from alcohol. Just saw my dr. this week and this is what's going on.
3rd day without zopiclone, 2nd day on mirtazipnie and took half of a adivan. No more script for Adivan, dr. doesn't want me on it anymore, to addictive, I have 2 x1mg pills left and I'm trying not to use them unless absolutely necessary.
I'm not sure which one I might be withdrawling from or if it's the mirtazapine. This is crazy, the worst thing I could have done is googled benzo withdrawl..... Now I'm terrified to go through it. I've been on 1mg/day adivan for over 3 weeks. I'm I screwed or what... Idk. My Dr. didn't seem to concerned, then again, I didn't ask about benzo withdrawl when I saw her. Any thoughts???

Stop Googling.

I'm not a Dr but the horror stories about benzo withdrawal are generally from long term users - users for months even years, not 3 weeks.

you can probably find evidence to the contrary - the web is a weird and wonderful place - but it's just as likely down to you starting on a new med, coming off old ones, coming off booze - we're generally pretty anxious overall in those circumstances.

I hope that will all settle down in time

Of course, if you still feel this way next week, or if things get worse you can always go back and see your Dr and talk about your concerns

Yes the googling really made worried, then I couldn't stop googling it and I started having panic attacks about it.
