Its a good article & I read it
The only point id like to make concerns the food analogy being hungry & only being able to get food on the black market.
Given the current state of the heroine epidemic (which has touched my life dramatically) there is so much information out there on how to get help. There are other choices - other than going to the black market. There are medication assisted therapies & various other types of help & support. Most States have financial programs to help pay for that.
There are choices today. Its not just one black market choice. If all they want to see is the choice of the black market then that's where they will go. But that is their choice.
